As an Australian Retirement Trust member, you can access expert financial advice about your Australian Retirement Trust account, and the cost is included with your membership. And now you can see your Australian Retirement Trust adviser from the comfort of your lounge room – via video call.

Why video calls?

While Australian Retirement Trust’s qualified financial advisers have years of experience speaking with members over the phone about their super and retirement plans, sometimes nothing can beat “face-to-face”. Being able to see your adviser throughout your advice appointment may help you to more easily understand their recommendations, and make you more comfortable to action those recommendations.

How to access advice via video call?

If you’ve requested a call from a qualified Australian Retirement Trust financial adviser, or we’ve offered to call you, when we first contact you to schedule your advice appointment, we’ll now offer for your appointment to be via video call.

How will the video call appointment work?

You’ll need to have a desktop computer or laptop to use the video call option, as well as your mobile or landline phone. On the day and time of your appointment, your Australian Retirement Trust financial adviser will call you via phone. You’ll then use the link we’ll send you to join an MS Teams video call. Your adviser will help you through the steps to use MS Teams for your video, and your phone for the audio.

Are you ready to get some advice?

If you have your own financial adviser, you can talk to them about your super and retirement planning. If you’re ready to get some advice through Australian Retirement Trust, just fill in your details and we’ll be in touch.
