Can I see a quick balance of my account?
Yes, if you have one account with Australian Retirement Trust, you can select Profile > Settings > Enable quick balance to see your last account balance and membership details without having to login. If you have more than one account with Australian Retirement Trust you won’t be able to see the balance of your accounts using quick balance. Once enabled, the ‘Show quick balance’ option will appear each time you access the app.
Can I use the app to consolidate my super?
Yes. Go to More > Manage your super > Consolidating your super. We’ll first ask you to confirm your identity, then step you through the process.
Can I change the way my super is invested via the app?
Yes. Switch your investment options with ease and quickly preview how your investments are allocated. Go to More > Your account > Manage investments and click on ‘Change investments’ and we’ll step you through the process.
Can I make changes to my insurance through the app?
Not at this time. You can, however, check your level of cover via the app. You can apply to increase, reduce or cancel your insurance cover any time through Member Online or by contacting us on 13 11 84.
Can I view my annual statement on the app?
Yes. Go to More > Your account > Statements & letters where you can view your annual statements and letters from us.
Can I make withdrawals or change my regular income payments on the app?
Not at this time. You can, however, keep an eye on your balance and transaction history using the app. You can make withdrawals or change your income payments any time through Member Online.
