Social Security Indexation Rates July 2024

Document: Indexation Rates July 2024

Social security payment rates are indexed on a regular basis to maintain their value over time. Increases to rates are automatically linked to specific price indices (such as the Consumer Price Index) and wage measures as specified in the Social Security Act 1991, and A New Tax System (Family Assistance) Act 1999.

The Government has released for July 2024 those social security payments that will be impacted by indexation.
