Super Fund Onboarding (SFO) can help you streamline the onboarding process for new employees.
SFO is a time-saving tool created by Beam, which is part of Australian Retirement Trust.
What is Beam?
Beam is the technology that supports a range of superannuation applications and tools including SFO and the administration of super payments.
How can SFO streamline your onboarding process?
The SFO tool allows you to:
- Add new employees
- Invite employees to validate their personal details
- Record employees’ super fund choice and Tax File Number (TFN) declaration in one secure place
- Confirm existing Super Savings accounts without contacting the ATO.

How can you access SFO?
The SFO online tool is available in Employer Online (EOL).
If you’re already a user, simply log in using your login details to access the tool.
