Get more from your super with Member Online
This is your guide to the features, functions and tools available in Member Online.
Although in the section below we show you how to navigate to the Your account tab on the Australian Retirement Trust (ART) app, the majority of this guide will step you through using the desktop app.

Accessing the Your account tab
Desktop app
When you log into Member Online, you can find the Your account tab beside Home in the top navigation of the website (image 1). When you click on the tab, the drop down menu below appears (image 2).
Mobile app
When you log into the ART app, you can find the Your account tab by selecting More (image 3) in the bottom navigation to go to the Find more menu (image 4).
Statements & letters
Looking for some information we’ve sent to you? On this page, you can find statements, letters, updates and more.
Transaction history – summary
Find a record of the transactions for your ART account including Employer contributions, Salary sacrifice contributions, Fees, Insurance premiums, Tax and more. Please note, Defined Benefit members will only be able to see transactions for their attached Accumulation account on this page.
Transaction history – detail
When you click on a Transaction type in the Transaction history – summary, you go to this page which provides a detailed list of the individual transactions for the selected Transaction type over a specific Date range. Please note, Defined Benefit members will only be able to see transactions for their attached Accumulation account on this page.
Changing jobs
Preparing to leave your current employer? This page makes it easy to take your super with you when you change jobs. You can even email your new employer a pre-filled form so they can make super payments to your ART account.
Manage investments
Want to see how your super is performing? This page provides an overview of the ART investment option(s) in which your money is invested and gives you the option to change investments.
Insurance
Protect yourself, your family and your lifestyle with access to flexible Death and Total & Permanent Disability and Income Protection insurance. On this page, you can see your current cover, check how much you need, apply to update cover and make a claim.
Beneficiaries
Who will inherit your super, pension or life insurance if you die? Preparing for the unexpected could make a difficult time a lot easier for your loved ones. This page explains how to nominate a binding beneficiary, shows your current beneficiaries and makes it easy to add new beneficiaries.
Access your super
Approaching retirement and want to know when you can access your super, or need to access your super early? On this page, you can find your current account balance, more information on accessing your super and a link to an online form where you can request access.
Third party authorities
Would you like another person or organisation to access specific information in your ART account? You can add them on this page.
