Super Savings forms are available and can be submitted via Adviser Online (including your own version of an Authority to access information form).

To access Adviser Online, first you'll need to register as an adviser.

Not a problem! You can still submit a form. Select the "Third parties" option.

“1” if you need account information.
“2” if you have something more complex or want help with Adviser Online.

Get a reference check for an adviser
To request a financial adviser reference check in line with the ASIC Reference Checking and Information Sharing Protocol, please send us:
- A completed consent form
- A reference request form
- A copy of photo ID (e.g. driver's licence, passport)
