How to let us know you’d like to keep you cover if it hasn’t been cancelled yet
There are two ways you can let us know you want to keep your insurance cover with Australian Retirement Trust. You can either notify us via Member Online or by completing the Keep my insurance online form.
Using Member Online
If you have online access, you can let us know you would like to keep your insurance cover in Member Online.
Completing the online form
You can also let us know you would like to keep your insurance cover by completing an online form.
How to restart your cover if it has already been cancelled
If you’ve told us you would like to keep your cover after the date1 it was cancelled, you don't have any insurance cover. You may restart any Death and/or Total & Permanent Disability cover2 you had if you let us know in writing within 60 days from when your cover was cancelled.
Note: You will not be able to make a claim for the periods between when your cover was cancelled and when your cover restarted.
