We offer 5 days' leave for Sorry Business and 5 days of cultural leave for First Nations people. Plus, you can request to swap a public holiday for time off on a day that holds cultural significance to you.

Gender affirmation leave

We recognise the importance of gender identity. Our employees can access paid gender affirmation leave for a variety of needs, including medical appointments, surgical procedures, psychological support, and legal affirmations.

Leave options to suit your needs

We want our team to know they're valued, and they have to right to take leave when they need it.

Additional paid leave

Our employees get 6 extra days of wellbeing leave (on top of annual leave!) which can be used however you like. You’ll also get 12 days of personal/carer’s leave to take care of yourself and your loved ones.

Family and domestic violence leave

Domestic and family violence is a serious issue that affects the lives of our people. If you’re a victim of domestic or family violence, we offer 10 days of paid leave if you need medical and legal assistance, court appearances, counselling, or relocation.

Paid parental leave

We offer paid parental leave to all our full-time and part-time team members, regardless of how long you've been with us. Whether you're the primary or secondary carer, you'll get the time you need to focus on what truly matters—welcoming your new family member.
