Stay connected: Keep your details up to date

Staying in touch with us helps you get the most from your super. By keeping your contact details current, you’ll always receive important updates and helpful information about your account.  

Phone number: If you’re part of an ART Corporate plan and we have your number, once you confirm your date of birth with us, we can quickly direct your call to the right support team. It saves time and helps you get the right answers faster.  

Email address: We use this to send you important information about your account, updates on your super, and helpful tips for planning your future. 

 

If we don’t have your phone number, let our Contact Centre know next time you call. We’ll confirm your details - like your date of birth or member number - and update your record in just a few moments. They’ll also quickly make sure you’re speaking to the right person for your plan.  

 

Update your details online  

You can change your account details including your name, address, email, and phone number in Member Online:  

1. Go to the Profile tab.  
2. Select Edit your details.  
3. Update your information, set your communication preferences, or change your password.  

Keeping your details up to date means you’ll always stay informed and connected to what matters most - your super.
