Hoa is a Committee Advisor on the Audit and Finance Committee. Hoa has extensive experience in insurance and superannuation, capital management and data collection. Formerly a partner of KPMG Australia, Hoa is a non-executive director of AIA Health and a director of Bui Advisory. Prior to this, she was a senior actuary at several life insurers including AXA Life risk. Between 2008 and 2020, Hoa led Australia’s largest mortality and morbidity study for insured lives. In 2006 she advised the Hong Kong government in establishing its risk-based capital framework for general and life insurance.
A qualified actuary, Hoa was a member of the Institute of Actuaries' council and its president in 2020. Hoa is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University.
Guy serves as an Advisor on the Investment Committee. He previously held the position of Deputy Governor at the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA), where he also served as Assistant Governor (Financial Markets) and chaired the Council of Financial Regulators Climate Change Working Group.
Currently, Guy is a Non-Executive Director at Tivan Limited and Funds SA. He also co-chairs the Australian Sustainable Finance Institute Taxonomy Technical Experts Group, which is responsible for developing the Sustainable Finance Taxonomy for the Australian economy. Additionally, he is an honorary Professor of Economics at the University of Adelaide.
Guy holds a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) from the University of Adelaide and a Ph.D. in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Fiona serves as an Advisor on the Investment Committee. She previously held the position of Director of Consulting at Frontier Advisors, where she gained extensive experience in advising institutional asset owners and investors on investment and governance matters.
Fiona holds several non-executive directorships, including roles at Perpetual Ltd and the Victorian Funds Management Corporation. She is also a non-executive director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at FleetPartners Group, and a member of the Investment Committee at the Walter and Eliza Hall Institute. Additionally, she acts as the Strategic Advisor to the CEO & Managing Director at MUFG Pension & Market Services.
Fiona earned a Bachelor of Economics (Hons) from James Cook University, a Master of Finance from RMIT University, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Richard Kimber is a Committee Advisor on the Technology and Transformation Committee.
He has over 30 years of global leadership experience that includes several Chief Executive, Board and Chair roles, and has extensive experience in financial services, capital markets, marketing technology, cloud-based businesses, AI and data analytics. Mr. Kimber is currently a Non-Executive Director of Daisee; an Australian Artificial Intelligence software company he established in 2017. Prior to this role he was CEO of OFX Group, one of the world’s leading international payment and foreign exchange companies listed on the ASX. Prior Mr Kimber held senior positions as the first Regional Managing Director of Google in Southeast Asia (including Australia and NZ) and Chief Executive of firstdirect Bank in the UK – the first ‘neobank’ in the UK.
Mr. Kimber is a Non-Executive Director at ING Bank Australia including Chair of the Technology & Transformation committee; Non-Executive Director of Kina Securities (ASX:KSL) including Chair of the Strategy & Transformation Committee and a member of the People and Remuneration Committee; Non-Executive Director of EnergyOne Ltd (ASX:EOL) and Chair of the Risk Committee; and Non-executive Chair of Stone & Chalk. He is also a member of the Innovation and Productivity Council for the NSW Government.
Mr Kimber has a Bachelor of Science and an MBA with distinction from Macquarie University (1992).
Georgina serves as a Committee Advisor on the Risk Committee.
She is a technology strategist and leader with over 20 years of expertise in cyber security, emerging technologies such as AI and automation and risk management.
Formally a partner of EY, where she guided boards and executive management in navigating technology governance and cyber risks.
Georgina serves as a Council member of Griffith University and sits on the Audit & Risk Committee.
Prior to EY, Georgina held senior technology positions with the ANZ and Bank of Queensland. She earned her BSc(Hons) from the University of Leeds in the UK and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
