Tips before submitting

Tip #1: Don’t wait until the last minute.

To avoid potential delays, submit your forms well ahead of time. We’ve provided a list of key cutoff dates below to help guide your planning. Please note: the dates provided are not a guarantee and are a guide only as the last date a request can be received for us to have the best chance of completing the request before 30 June 2025.

Tip #2: Submit forms correctly, with attachments.

For smooth processing, make sure forms are fully completed and come with all required attachments.

Tip #3: Experiencing technical issues?

If you encounter any errors uploading forms in Adviser Online, please email your form to registered_adviser@art.com.au with a brief explanation of the issue. You can also head to our Adviser Online FAQs and Troubleshooting Guide.

Tip #4: Submitting for the next financial year

If you don’t want us to process the request this financial year, it’s best to wait until 1 July to submit.

Tip #5: Use electronic channels

For maximum efficiency, please submit requests to us electronically. If you need to send documents by mail, we recommend posting at least one week prior to the processing dates listed below to ensure timely delivery (Express Post is highly recommended).

Tip #6: Submitting multiple forms

If submitting multiple forms at once, please be aware that each form will only be processed after the previous form has been processed, so please allow for additional processing time.

Tip #7: Submitting additional forms with others in progress

If you need to submit forms while others are in-flight, you can use the Bypass option which you’ll find at the bottom of the Submit Forms page. Make sure to read the important details about this feature at our Adviser Online FAQ page (see third question).
