Australian Retirement Trust* collects personal information about you for the purpose of providing superannuation and related products and services to you.
Contact details that we collect help us manage your participation in Australian Retirement Trust, let us keep you up to date regarding product and legislative changes, and allow us to inform you about the products and services that we offer.
Australian Retirement Trust will normally only use contact details for these purposes. If we do not have your contact details, we may be unable to contact you or properly administer your benefits.
We collect your personal information from you directly whenever it is reasonable and practical to do so. Where it is not reasonable or practical for us to do so, such as where we are missing contact details or the contact details we hold are out of date, we may collect your information from a third party including from your professional advisers or other parties contracted to provide this service to Australian Retirement Trust. If you have been directed to this Personal information collection notice, we have collected your personal information from such a third party.
Australian Retirement Trust does not normally disclose information about you to parties outside the Australian Retirement Trust group, except parties contracted to provide services to Australian Retirement Trust. This includes but is not limited to the Fund’s administration service provider, insurer, auditors and legal advisers.
Australian Retirement Trust also might be required by law to disclose personal information, for example to Government bodies such as the Australian Taxation Office. We may disclose information to relevant overseas bodies in various countries, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Financial product advice is provided by representatives of Sunsuper Financial Services Pty Ltd (ABN 50 087 154 818, AFSL No. 227867), wholly owned by Australian Retirement Trust. Administration services are provided by Precision Administration Services Pty Ltd (ABN 47 098 977 667, AFSL No. 246604) (Precision), wholly owned by Australian Retirement Trust. Precision has its own Privacy Policy that relates to the clearing house products it issues, Australian Retirement Trust Clearing House and Beam.
